   Flight Sergeant Jonathan Brocklehurst ATC

Joined the Squadron in Feb 2005

Previously a Cadet with 250 (Halifax) Sqn in the early 1980s
Service in both in the Army and RAF Regiment

Jonathan served 12 years in the RAF Regiment as a Gunner 1988-1999 based in the UK and Germany, has seen operational duties in the First Gulf advancing into Iraq, Northern Ireland and Bosnia before being medically discharged

Jonathan now works in IT his current hobbies are running a games server, outdoor pursuits and his family

Jonathan is often heard saying

“it’s not punishment its motivation”

Joined the Sqn in Jan 2007.

Appointed Sgt in January 2008

Previously a Cadet Flt Sgt with 451 (Stourbridge) Sqn in the early 1980s
15 years Service in the R.A.F. as an Aerospace Systems Operator and Fighter Controller from 1983-1998.
Has seen operational service in the first Gulf War and Bosnia and Iraq.
8 years in the Civil Aviation Industry as Operations Control Manager of a major UK Airline.
Hobbies include aviation, current affairs, photography, and outdoor pursuits.
Father of one daughter.

Commissioned Jan 1969. –1994. Rejoined 177 Sqn in 1994 as a

Civilian Instructor.

Instructs on all Air Cadet subjects and also maintains the Squadron Minibus

Hobbies include Pilot Instructor at Blackpool Airport.
